does anyone have recommendations for media that focuses on body swapping from a more psychological perspective? not looking for excessively sexual or comedic portrayals

>>1561675Not exactly what you are looking for, But maybe Lookism?it's a story about a fat guy who gets a second body thats fit and handsome. Well, that's the early parts. The later parts kinda derail and become shounen korean gang fights.
>>1562538i'm only looking for stories where two characters swap or one character's mind inhabits the body of another and exploration of how that affects the character/s>>1562037 for example. not the best writing but i liked how it explored the interpersonal relationship between the main characters and how they felt about the swap. just wish they didn't swap back at the end
>>1562037weak, boringtry Hina Change
>>1562543I just remembered that there's another comic that has a plot like that, it's by the same author as lookism. It's called "My life as a loser". A bully gets sent back in time to his highschool days and he inhabits the body of a the kid he used to bully. However, they don't swap bodies. The previous version of the bully is in his original body.
Quantum Leap had a few swap episodes where they explored this.
There's a villain who does this in DBZ.
Stargate SG1: LifeboatDaniel Jackson gets several minds stuck in his head.
