As a terminally-online NEET shut-in autist, how can I learn what normies like, what normies think or feel about things, and what's popular or unpopular with them? I feel extremely disconnected from regular human society and I want to understand other people better.

Start browsing /k/, they seem to be pretty well adjusted, and will continue to be in their 40s, 50s, etc. The NEET mindset collapses in on itself after a few years after you realize you just wasted your youth for nothing and aren't that unique at all.
