I am writing a story about an SCP-inspired universe and I had a friend design this flag for one of the factions called the Federal Service of Thaumaturgy but right now I am unable to contact him for the past few weeks. I was wondering if someone can edit this flag and maybe upscale it (for quality)?
Just to swap out the motto for Populum Tueri and maybe make the red ribbon match the length

nah, he's in Switzerland and I think he has to go through mandatory military service for some time lol which is probably why he wasn't able to respond to my messages on Xitter
