I recently accesed the link for the Fugtrup (adult SFM guy) mega archive, and it said it was deleted for CSAM. This is obviously not real, he makes SFM pics of adult women with gigantic tits. Should I expect the police knocking on my door? Has anyone heard of anything like that happening, Mega notifying the police? I mean, I have nothing to hide, but still

Mega was built around not doing stuff like that after their Megaupload servers were seized by the US government. Everything of theirs is encrypted, stuff like csam takedowns happen incorrectly because they don't/can't check the orders they get. They may well have IP logs which they'd provide if so ordered, but they're referencing files that nobody knows what are. Making for a forensics nightmare
