I scanned this art from a CD's album cover, but it looks like grid lines are plastered across the entire image.

Is it possible for anyone to edit this in some fashion so that these can be removed where they aren't called for, and without altering the content of the actual source image scanned? Or, is this simply not possible

Thanks for directing me to that, didn’t know that term

Is there anything that can be done for this scam in its present state, or is blurring-then-focusing simply the best move?
Could rescan at a lower DPI but have already done a ton of touch-up on the borders of this so would prefer to not start from scratch again
