I'm looking for a movie i saw once on Youtube Shorts. It was a 3D animated movie obviously inspired by anime with a cyberpunk tone, must have been released pretty recently. I remember it was about a female cop doing an investigation of some kind, and in the one scene i watched she was interrogating people. The color palette was kinda like picrel.
