Please help me find my white whale.

When I was a junior in high school in about 2015, I walked into the auditorium in the morning before a presentation was to be given. They had the projector set up with speakers, and were playing YouTube as people rolled in. However, whatever video they meant to show was caught on one of those ridiculously long, two-hour ads.

I could not believe what I was seeing. What was playing was the most preposterous music video I had ever seen, and to my amazement literally not a single person in the auditorium even seemed to notice.

>dude who looked exactly like Ron Jeremy flying through a night sky filled with stars, possibly shirtless
>there were planets and shit, lots of inane special effects (which actually looked fairly impressive for what I remember)
>he's singing a laughably absurd song
>the closest thing I have to compare this to was that episode of Tim and Eric's Bedtime Stories with Scotty, the singer

This video has been at the back of my mind for as long as I can remember. I have never seen any mention of it even once in a decade plus of being terminally online. Does anyone have any idea what this could have been?

Not it, but that's a good shot. The video did bear some resemblance to the cover for "Dare to Be Stupid", insofar as the guy who looked like Ron Jeremy was on the left side of the frame, floating through space.

The video I remember was definitely produced in the 2010s. It looked "new" at the time. The man in the video was also significantly chubby or overweight.
