This is going to be a long shot. I'm looking for an anime YouTube video or web animation where it features a guy trying to reach for a girl (who turned her back on him, we don't see her face) as he's being assaulted by these weapons and rifles and people stopping him, like it's some sort of allegory of him overcoming his anxiety and confessing his love for her.

Webm very unrelated, but I believe it shared 40% similarity in style? Spitball ANY suggestion if whatever I'm talking about is ringing any bells. The internet time range is about 5 - 10 years.
