What's a good PC build that can run Elden Ring at 60 FPS and can emulate PS3/360/Switch games at full speed? I want to upgrade from my Steam Deck and want something that's more powerful and upgradable for long term use. My planned budget is around 2k~, hopefully that isn't too low for what I'm aiming for.
It can be a pre-built or be a parts list, I don't want to be picky.

Here's a list I made in pcpartpicker, it sits at around $2458.15 (which will probably be a lot more with tax added later but still) and 539W, is there anything risky with this build? I think it should be enough with my intentions
