Iam searching for a japanese artist on twitter whose artstyle is similar to the ranma anime something I remember is that the eye pupils looked like glass marbles and they to drew some webcomics in twitter inspired by 80s anime most of the art is girls with extremely detailed mahou shojou dresses the art in general was extremely 90s and 80s inspired

No the art for the dresses was for more detailed,elaborate and grandiose they were the eyes maintained the same shape as ranma eyes in the pic but with more details that kinda made the eyes look realistic but anime at the same time.
