Anybody here a DJ or whatever? I'm making a video and I'm putting together an audio track for it which includes some music.Do my transitions sound good to you? Do the three different songs seem to flow and blend well together?Did I use too much echo in that "right here right now" vocal before the second song starts?
not a "DJ" but i've stitched together music beforethe second transition sounds good/fine, but the first one is a little weird. the beat slows down suddenly and then immediately picks back up into a different song. if you can start the second song faster, without letting the "right here right now" echo on its own, it would probably sound a lot better without any other changes.generally speaking, people like to hear a continuous throughline of sound and generally dislike it when music stops and restarts (obviously there are a lot of exceptions but the good exceptions are done deliberately).it will also help if you match up the beat of the first and second song as closely as you can during the transition

So I dunno.>it will also help if you match up the beat of the first and second song as closely as you can during the transitionI actually did the beatmatching thing with the second transition and while I thought it sounded good, I found it stole like 15 seconds from the third song, which I really need for the rest of the video to get going. So, this abrupt stop for the second transition of the second and third song works for me, I hope.
