When i pause a video on my Windows 11 be it on desktop or online and then click resume, one of two things happens.

1. The audio doesn't come up until two seconds later, which is a bit annoying,
2. both the video and audio take two seconds to resume.

The first one happens more when I'm using a my Oraimo freepods neo, while the second one happens when I'm using the speakers.

I believe that adding this setting (audio-stream-silence=yes) to mpv solves
the problem while using it and keeping mpv open while the setting is enabled also makes
other videos work normally.

P.S. my pods have some issues of their own due to falling sometimes and this problem started only recently.

At first, it was always audio delay but it changed to the current situation a few days ago.
