I'm looking for a short animation where you get stopped by a purple haired kemonomimi for an "internet check". She asks whether you're hydrated and have eaten. She's proud of you (as she bops her head to the beat). Finally she asks whether you've paid your taxes. The music stops and she looks you in the eyes. Next moment you're behind bars and she taunts you as she continues bopping to the beat.
