I'm in the market for a new laptop and don't need much. The ability to
>web browse
>stream
>run/screen share on Discord
>run disk drive for both blu ray and dvd
and that's about it.
I'm looking at the Asus Chromebook CX15 but I see it's a little light on RAM (4GB). How can I tell if this model will be able to do all the things I need? What do I need to check?
Is there a better model for what I'm looking for?

I forgot to mention running Spotify while web browsing, if that makes much of a difference

Do not buy this. Chromebooks do not have licensing to playback Blu-Ray or DVDs. The 4GB will go fast with paltry RAM.

I think you might be better off with an HP Stream or if you are particular adventurous, check out /g/'s ThinkPad General.

I would suggest an external dvd drive.

>HP Stream
never heard of them but I'm assuming they do everything I need? I'm particularly worried about running Discord while streaming
