I was making force fields, telekinetic effects, playing instruments of music, channeling the voice of that angel to sing and listen to the music she played.A did a lot of stuff in that dream and interacted with a lot of people. One in particular said they were merged into the awareness and seeing Shiva everywhere, and when they looked into the water they saw Sobek, as a consciousness.

I got one, over 5 nights in 1997 a skinny, perfectly shaven middle eastern man showed up in my room at night. He had glowing orange eyes that looked like burning coals. Every body hair was plucked, his eyebrows were perfect and he had blemishless tan skin that looked almost like it was made of plastic. On the first night he simply walked back and forth in the corner of my room. I was so beyond terrified I couldn't even scream, like a level of terror where you just shut down (it was just after my 7th birthday). The whole air was filled with a sick hunger and he looked like he wanted to eat and or fuck me. I'm still badly haunted by the look in his eyes. Ithought he was a demon, but in my shock couldn't get over why he was wearing clothes and socks if he was a demon. One night the man came over and sat on the edge of my bed, even though it seemed hungry/ perverted it pretended to be confident and outgoing, yet every movement was perfect like a robot imitating a human. Every gesture was coordinated theater. This is when i knew for sure it wasn't human.
Part 2It went "boo" and put its hands up like it was going to grab me, then leaned back and faked a confident laugh. "Just kidding, do you know who I am?" I barely nodded no, absolutely frozen in terror, the air thick with hunger and corruption. "I'm Satan, you know the devil". He told me more, but it's all lies. God must have reached me, because suddenly all fear left me and I let out a slight grin. "If you're the devil then God exists, if he exists he made you, he is stronger! He'll win you'll lose! He'll win you'll lose!" At that it seemed completely taken aback as if it hadn't accounted for such simple logic. With a wave of its hand I fell back asleep. Having enough of this shit I went and stole the biggest scariest knife we had, a giant bread knife and put it under my pillow. Sure enough he came back that night. I grabbed the knife, lept to the other side of my room and held it to him. He simply smirked and said "and what will that do to me?" In panic I held the knife to my throat, I can still feel the tines of the bread knife on my jugular "well what about this?" It chuckled and seemingly bored put its hand up and knocked me back to sleep. I pray it didn't touch me to put me back in my bed as I don't remember waking up on the floor and I got in trouble when the knife was found by my parents underneath the pillow. He came back several more times, I only remembered the full story 2 years ago, but I have PTSD like a son of a bitch from this. I actually didn't remember who he was, I thought it was some random pedophile each time he came back.

Anons, I was considering developing a bunch of survey questions to diagnose hylic/NPC syndrome with a high level of confidence. Here is the first question I came up with:>"Do you consider yourself to have any animalistic qualities?"What do you guys think of the following theory based off that question? Theoretically, it would make sense for a hylic to answer no to this make-believe survey question because to an unconscious human being, they just are what they are. From their perspective, the highest the ladder goes is a human being which is distinct from an animal and so the hylic would naturally be compelled to exalt themselves and answer "No, I don't consider myself to have animalistic qualities". Yet, to a conscious spirit inhabiting a physical body, they would clearly recognize the animal nature stemming from having a physical body and a developed spirituality on the part of the conscious person may not even be necessary for this disparity in answering to manifest.

>>41663405I think a great way to good approach NPCs would be validation. Most NPCs don't realize that their "self" is only real if it is seen by others. They can only be viewed as a member of society, anything else is to terrifying. Ask questions on what they think of themself. "Do you think you are attractive/smart/strong/funny/interesting?". If they say yes or no you'd ask them why they think that. If they answer from the perspective of "other people don't think I am" you then try to pressure them more asking if what if others are wrong, who even decided what the criteria of those things even is. You'd want them to consider that is their opinion on themselves defined by reactions form others or from themself.A real person can determine their own answer. I am x because I do this or don't do this. I feel I am x for these reasons. They don't even have to be right about those reasons at all. The key point though is that its self defined, self evaluated reasons. Reasons derived from inward thought and recognition. They aren't the product of others, but their own conscious decisions. And if they can recognize that process they took to self diene, then they are a real person. An NPC couldn't. They wouldn't get it. How could I be x if no one reacts to me when I do/am x? If they aren't seen having a trait the its not real and isn't apart of them. Its why NPCs are so desperate to be normal, so desperate to gloat about their normal lives and why social media has ruined their brains. They create a hive mind circle jerk that ostracizes the abnormalizes and reinforces the best normal people. There is no introspection for these people as following the hive is more important.
