My grandparents came from families with over 10 siblings each, all of them. My parents each had 2-3 siblings. My cousins and my siblings were in the 1-2 siblings range. I understand some countries will be counter to the general trend but dead internet theory, the vast wilderness compared to relatively small cities (land area) and overall trends make it hard to believe that population is growing as fast as we are told.
