If you've taken the wormpill.
I'm looking for a good choice of tea that both has antifungal properties and is caffeine-free. I Googled this and globohomo AI did give me some answers, but I'm obviously skeptical, share your knowledge with me.
>>
The most basic bitch if herbal teas, which you should grow in your garden and also keeps out pests and helps with respiratory shit.
>>
>>40969915
Bro, wtf, I was just looking for that at the same time you posted, also Google already knew I was gonna look up if it had caffeine and was antifungal.
>>
>>40969915
I'm thinking of making mint tea and sweeten it with monk fruit, I figure if it can fool parasites into trying to feed from it then it's more effective for something else, like diatomaceous earth, to purge them.
I'm not sure if diatomaceous earth is strong enough for that though, some people seem to think so but I don't know. I haven't really figured how to get Ivermectin for one.
>>
>>40969915
Holy shit I was just going to post this based on my experience.
Good call
Neem is effective but nasty.
Sage is extremely effective too and similar to mint in taste.
Mullein for lungs and restores gut health from the mucilage but chia seeds provide more mucilage with the grit and taste
Raspberry leaf is good and not bad tasting
Thyme and rosemary are effective as well
But I just finished off a pound of peppermint and now started my spearmint, both mixed with smaller amounts of sage and nothing has been as effective and good tasting as the mint/sage mix
>>40969958
I like it anon. Godspeed on your journey. I’m doing a 90 day cleanse for parasites and heavy metal. When I mix virgin coconut oil with these teas I start shitting tiny white worms. I hit my gut hard with Epsom salt and baking soda first to shrink my biofilm but I think the sage teas are more effective and mush safer
>>
>>40969958

>Sage is extremely effective too and similar to mint in taste
actually this one got recommended to me last time. I missed that whole thread I thought no one would reply but ppl said some interesting stuff and I only checked back when it got archived.
I like the mint/sage idea.
>When I mix virgin coconut oil with these teas I start shitting tiny white worms
Damn that's success right there
>baking soda first to shrink my biofilm but I think the sage teas are more effective and mush safer
I agree, I've used baking soda in the past but never dared to do a proper longer-term treatment because it hits so hard I felt something might go wrong
>>40970039

Hmm I've heard other anons say this too in the older wormpill threads. I probably won't bother unless I don't find other options.

mate and mint both have antifungal properties but mate has caffeine which is bad for you for other reasons. i mean obviously anything you grow yourself you know exactly where it came from, it's gonna be better. Personally I'm not going to grow my own mint as of right now, I'll just buy it, but it's something to consider.

Idgaf about the caffeine-bad aspect. Right now i am addicted to red bull, and its casuing a lower abdominal ulcer that makes me shit blood. I need an alternative that will allow me to wean off caffeine. Is mate "good" for you regardless of caffeine? I wont be doing this cold turkey.
>>
>>40970614
Be careful with those energy drinks, my dad got an ulcer so bad he needed emergency surgery, then he had a heart attack at 53 and died and I’m pretty sure it was mostly from energy drinks. He never had issues on coffee.
I’m not op but I’ve done these detox and switch to matcha from coffee. Matcha gives me more caffeine than coffee without setting me back like coffee or Red Bulls do. I’ve also read gunpowder green tea is second best compared to matcha in green teas but Yerba mate is probably similar. I’m not familiar with it

Question:
How do I go about making my own tea?
Do I just boil a pot of water with any chosen herb?

Put spoonful of herbs in cup, combine with hot water, drink when cool enough
You can strain them but I grind mine into a powder in a coffee grinder/blender and drink it all because that’s more effective

If you have pine trees around, use the needles and a bit of the branches or early pine cones to make tea. Pine tea has a ton of vitamin C in it, should boost your immune system and help with parasites. Be careful as a few species like the Ponderosa Pine is mildly toxic, mostly to the pregnant.
>>
>>40969873
With respect, all tea comes from the tea tree and has caffeine. If you want less caffeine, go for a white tea. That said, there are many types of caffeine and the compounds in tea are different from those in coffee. They even change a bit with the aging processes (which creates the varieties black, greed, white, etc).

That said, my go to right now is milk oolong tea. I've also got an ancient puck of fermented black tea from China that I love like a child.
>>
>>40973365

>With respect, all tea comes from the tea tree and has caffeine.

Nope, not true at all. Sure, that is the most popular mainstream source, but not the only one. Tea is just a drink made from leaves, and/or roots, and/or flowers placed in hot water. Herbal tea is not from the same source as black tea, nor is pine tea.
>>
>>40973377
>>
>>40973360
Pine brew is pretty good. My preference would be the incense cedar though. It, like the vast majority of pines, is in fact toxic. Most things are though, just don't drink more than a cup a day and you're golden.

>>40973377
>not true at all
So I take it you're unfamiliar with the distinction of "true teas" and the history and respect that prevents many people from calling herbal blends teas? I don't personally have strong feelings, but it's something to be aware of.
>>
How come anons rarely ever mention urine therapy in these threads? It’s supposed to be more effective than herbal tea even.
>>40973365
They mean herbal teas. If you type in sage tea, etc, it’s not the type with caffeine
>>
>>40973334
Ah no worries. I don't want to be that guy to ask for sources all the time but it's handy to know where the information that one recites originates from.

Speaking of exorcists, I won't be surprised if they carried herbs around them when performing exorcisms.
As for the witch thing, I'd be careful. Most are LARPers & the ones that are not seem to fall into the black magic sphere of things.

NTA but you shouldn't be surprised. The whole imageboard was built on an idea of equal, anonymous users, and value being in content of the post, not reputation or popularity of the poster.
Using a trip, when it's not just temporarily for identification in a thread where, for example, someone disrupts things by trying to assume identity - far too often came down to attention whoring or using the place like regular forum by newfag tourists. It's disliked for a reason, and immediately suggests overblown ego of a person trying to stand out if used more than temporarily.

Yeah, mint grows like a weed. Something like cloves would be even better, but cloves are very difficult to grow, and although they can be bought for cheap, herbs and spices you can buy for cheap are often tainted with heavy metals. There is a higher threshold allowed for spices because it's assumed you would only use a small amount sprinkled on some food or something. That's not even getting in to the eay they are stored, which lowers their efficacy and gets them contaminated with rat feces and various insects.
>>

Hmmm just from surface reading
https://truthaboutfluoride.com/fluoride-in-tea/
Here it claims proper tea from the tea plant yes, it accumulates fluoride it absorbs from the soil, but "tea" (herbal blends) made from other types of leaves, flowers, etc. should be fine.
But it makes no sense to me, if plants absorb fluoride from soil then both and most shit you eat even if you grow it yourself should have some level of fluoride.
Are we fucked or what.

Borax is the best anti-fungal. You can bathe in it and drink it in very tiny dilute amounts. If you are drinking it then put like one teaspoon of borax into a gallon jug (glass) and take a sip two or three times a day. You can add up to a cup into a bathtub but it may dry out your skin a little at first. For a bath I combine one cup each of epsom salt, borax, baking soda, and sea salt. Soaking in a hot bath with this added for one hour will detoxify you very well and will help to clear negative spirits. Start the bath very hot but don’t burn yourself and sit for at least an hour until the water has cooled. Please do research before doing anything though
>>

Sodium fluoride is poisonous. Calcium fluoride is naturally found in tea and is safe.

>>40975849
Cute how archaic you imagine botting happens, like there is definitely no client side infrastructure that was built out in the first place that, definitely no leaks of source code that anyone can see. You've seriously got no clue about how easy it is to ssh into another computer. Your mistake is in assuming that a user is even human by default.

>>40973131
Back in the day most herbs were just picked from the ground outside (instead of commercially grown like today). Obviously they still bought and sold them but blerh. You know what I mean I hope.
Anyway. It was basically a different world. Herbs made the bath smell better, now we have bath bombs and whatever. I'm not saying it doesn't help with whatever, but realize that "the greeks did it" isn't as important a claim as you think. The greeks also used lead to sweeten their wine unless I'm mixing them up with the romans.

The key is reintroducing and creating new bacteria into the body in order to take over and destroy the overgrowths. Things like various yeasts from different brands of beers of varying ABVs, sauerkraut, kimchi, brie, natto, kefir, yogurt, raw milk, sour cream and others usually eaten together can help. Other things like borax, iodine, NAC, NMN, nicotine in limited uses, and other chemicals and minerals combined in water or juice etc help with flushing out the associated gunk, sludge, pus and possible parasites from the body. I’ve been doing this while using lactic acid soap with sponges to continuously purge stuff that expels via the skin from sweating, and it’s been working great so far.

The anti parasitic herbs are effective but I found some traditional teas more effective. The key is rotating like others have mentioned, keep those worms and microbes off balance.
Wormwood was pretty good, black walnut less so, oregano was alright but thyme was stronger and cheaper (for me in bulk), marshmallow and dandelion roots were effective but nothing beat sage and mint for me especially considering how cheap they are.
I want to buy some eucalyptus leaf tea next but some say that’s very strong at killing all gut microbes
>>
>>40987360
You’re doing it right. Borax was one of the few that made me puke until I stepped down in dose and spread it out throughout the day. It is effective but I also think the act of drinking it every hour or so, kept a steady amount in my body and that really helps clear out nasty parasites

The biofilm is the white mucous that the fungus and worms build around them to live in. It protects them from drugs like antibiotics, antifungals, etc
Most of these herbs reduce it too. Binders, and salts as will shrink it as well. I think I focused too much on shrinking it and also rebuilding the gut biome etc
What I’ve found most effective at shrinking biofilm, killing parasites and rebuilding the gut biome is using a wide variety of herbs and teas.
The doctors who say eating the most different types of plants increases gut diversity, and decreases disease and parasites have the best idea
The cheap salts like baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), borax (sodium tetraborate) are effective but dose is important. The oils like coconut, neem (extremely strong and nasty), castor, oregano are also effective, the fermented food and fasting are also keys, binders (diatomaceous earth, Bentonite clay, activated charcoal) for biofilm and herxheimer die off reaction symptoms but I can make up for a lack of any of those by using a wide range of herbs/teas/powdered leaves
Balance helps and a large variety is ideal

Salt. Add salt to your tea. There's a reason salt is commonly used in cleansing rituals. This is also the reason that they ruined the words "bath salt" to keep you from using salts for soaking. People who spend a lot of time in the sea and sun have very low fungal issues, they generally live long and fit lives.

Sea salt yes
Not as much for sodium chloride the table salt kind
>>
>>40988687
Nah they're all good. Sea water is more effective due to the high concentration in it. But most salts are fine. Most of the salts on the market are just refined seasalt. The antisalt propaganda is made up to lower the usage of salts for cleansing. "oh it needs to be himalayan pink salt, oh it has to be unrefined sea salt." this is in fact not true. Salt retains its effectiveness, if the salt kills weeds, then it still has the property needed for cleansing. It's not as cool and mystical as a himalayan pink salt but it still does the job. Take a bit of salt and mix in some water, if you taste it and you instinctively lick or purse your lips to taste and consume it. It's still effective salt. Your brain is firing neurons because it knows and wants more. You can sense the difference with sugar, which your brain wants for pleasure.

Sodium chloride is not the same as sea salt you stupid bitch
The chemicals and nutrient content matters
Each salt from baking soda to table salt has different content, different doses and beyond that each person has different levels of these things and needs
I know you stupid people would love to simplify everything to one simple rule for all but I’m sorry life is more complex than your small brain will ever comprehend
Just the minerals in sea salt (something like 70 different minerals) beats table salt which is only sodium and chloride
Kek you sound so stupid

>>
>>40988878
First you drink neem leaf and then everything tastes better in comparison
>>
>>40988878
Add xylitol or monk fruit sweetener
I think those both don’t feed parasites. I know some sugar alcohols will ferment but erythritol, and xylitol aren’t supposed to be bad at that. I only tried them sparingly though, like in gum etc
>>
>>40988865
Effects of those? Are they better than other suggestions here like mint and/or sage?
>>
>>40988665
>>40986227
Thanks for replies. Any answers to the rest of the questions? Preparation and dosage? I assume not just a bunch of sodium bicarbonate with tiny bit of water so it'll be a mush to swallow every day. That sound unhealthy - I just don't know what IS healthy.

> If you write "nigger" I'll tell you my special tea formula
I would but given your first suggestion about bullet, I just don't think what you offer is worth much.

I started at 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarb in 16 ounces of water
In the morning before my morning shit. It’s a mild laxative at the dose so be careful
You could start 1/2 teaspoon to be safe, I’ve gone up to 1 tablespoon after a while but it tastes salty as fuck at the dose and it will come out like a fire hydrant from your ass depending on how regular you are
The good thing about sodium bicarb is it chelates heavy metals like barium, mercury and aluminum. When I first take it my shit even smells like metal, kinda fishy too
Potassium bicarb is stronger but also more expensive
You can buy capsules of the two mixed but the potassium bicarb alone will drop your blood pressure if you take too much
I’ve done as much as 7-10 teaspoons of sodium bicarb in a day spread out but if i do that too long my tongue dries out etc.
it’s also great to swish in the mouth because it cleans the candida in the mouth and throat

Literally all the plants that grow like gang busters
Parsley, mint, cilantro and dandelion
>>
>>40988878
You cut back on the likely obscene amount of sugar you consume on an ongoing basis. Try it again once you have a sane sense of taste back. Bonus, you'll be a lot healthier by then anyway.
>>
>>40987027
You don’t glass it, you just have new bacteria introduced over time. The key is combining various kinds in the meals you eat. Biofilms only exist when there is no competition to destroy it, like shitskins before British colonization.
>>40989318
For the food, eat as much as you can within limits. Make sure to combine the foods together, and to consume the supplementary chemicals afterward. Use your feeling, along with the recommended dosages. You’ll know what’s good for you if you become clear headed and calm. Not the fake caffeine buzz calm, but satiated calm.

Sodium Chloride is the chemical compound of salt you fucking nigger. Seriously the level of dumbassery in this board. Goes to show how deep down your throat the jew dick is. Go on, use mental gymnastics some more you dumb monkey. I hate sharing this board with subhumans. “Bruh it’s the minerals bruh” niggers, the minerals are debris minerals from you monkeys shitting near the rivers. Fucking hell, you subhumans are stupid.
>>
>>40993228
>You don’t glass it, you just have new bacteria introduced over time
This is the move but then why the borax, iodine, NAC, etc.? Most of that shit is non-specific and will just wipe bacteria across the board/breed more resistant strains

Sea salt contains 70 minerals you stupid nigger faggot

Table salt only contains potassium, magnesium and calcium
>durr just eat table salt and trust the jews and eat processed foods like table salt
No kys you stupid jew faggot
>>
>>40993358
It’s only 80% of sea salt. Other minerals make up the other 20%
Other anons are right about table salt not being as good and it’s not just the loss of minerals. It’s the processing and additives put into it
“ Anti-caking agents (sodium aluminosilicate, sodium ferrocyanide) to prevent clumping. Often has dextrose (sugar) as a stabilizer.”
If big companies are processing your food you should stay away from it. Most here already understand this at some level
>>
>>40995593
>>40995657
great points but it’s not just that table salt lacks the minerals, sodium chloride will actually rob you of minerals like calcium and potassium to process the S/C from table salt. it’s actually harming many unless they lack sodium/chloride and are high in the other minerals
