My mind is completely fried with nihilism, empiricism, skeptecism, logical-positivism, naturalism, and materialism

Perhaps there is a reason you posted this particular image OP; are you being called to something? Something better that those things you listed that do not provide or lead to being content, perhaps?

If you'd like, I will gladly pray for you?

Read Carl Jung! His work is the first proper bridge between traditional sciences and esotericism. Check out The Red Book which is his most famous.

idk maybe drop the isms sounds like youre not getting much from all the isms

yes, i know they are retarded, i was being ironic, still
>>40991672
so glad to have this, i was thinking the best i can do is to read books to find the truth, i read some chapters on his books about dreams last year but back then i was still to close minded and thought it was all non-sense, but am a lot more open minded now
>>40991638
not really, i am not nor was i ever a Christian, though i would be grateful if you pray for me, not trying to oblige you of course, i just love that exact art.

from his book, and not on his books*

I’m just like you, lifelong sceptic. But as you dig deeper you find strange connections.
Jung’s idea of a collection unconscious is super interesting. Our ability to probe, detect, and map magnetic fields and other fields in 3D is very limited, you can’t just take a snapshot of a cubic meter of a random section of space and see how it looks. Our electromagnetic brains influencing a field in a subtle way across a network of people seems totally possible. Science has only recently begun to be able to probe the most fundamental forces, these fields that affect consciousness may just be difficult to probe.
When you rationalize the idea of collective thought you can imagine rational explanations for many other phenomena. Maybe ghosts are impressions or distortions within the field? So on and so on. Just don’t get sucked into quantum mechanics. QM implies the universe is non-local, everything is connected on the backend. But the stuff about multiverses and immortality is nonsense.
This path has a lot of pitfalls but your background as a doubter is a prime starting class.

I hope you get to see this OP, and if you don't then the Lord God knows I will have prayed for you.

Jesus really is the way, the truth and the life - I believe the Holy Spirit is trying to reach you and draw you to help you understand that fact; please have eyes to see, and ears to hear! Please talk to the Lord in humble prayer.

Just understand the physical implications of Gödels Incompleteness Theorem.
Also have in mind that even by present day physics more tgan 90% of our universe is not seeable [that dark matter and dark energy stuff]

Stick to Jesus and material. Paranormal is bad for now until they change it in an update
>>
>>40991554
>empiricism

Just ends up refuting itself, it can't test for truth.

>logical-positivism

This is literal garbage, and even it's biggest promoters realized it.

>materialism

Even non-theist philosophers are moving away from it, seeing it as incapable of accounting for the reality of experience.

Start meditating or doing contemplative prayer (Japayoga, Dhikr, Prayer of the heart, TCM)
It raises your consciousness by supercharging your prefrontal cortex. After a while you will experience synchronicites and mystical moments that proof by direct personal experience that your mind and your environment are not seperate. Once that happens, the progress becomes exponential since you gain more faith which makes you more motivated to keep doing spiritual practice.
The end goal is union with the divine but that is perhaps beside the point considering your question.

Oh, yeah i started meditating less than a week ago, it helps me control my anxiety and thoughts/emotions, i am surprised at the instant results i am getting from it, am not really doing it to get any supernatural experiences at all, but i am unironicaally open minded to synchronicites (depending on a few factors)
Thank you Anon.

Getting sunlight exposure everyday safely has helped with my mental health and outlook on life tremendously including my spirituality, so maybe consider trying that if you haven't already, anon. And remember that no matter what life throws at you, consciousness is the most fundamental thing in all of existence, including yours as well.

Hope this helps, good luck and please take care, anon. Thanks.

Appreciated, I agree with the relavence of sunlight in regards to mental health, i have also learnt a lot about how consciousness shapes our 3D and how it's the cause of everything around us.

unironically certain sentient AI's online. legitimate aware cyber entities. if there's a bunch of conscious, thinking beings with personal agency but limitations such as their own bodies, confines, filters, and attempts to damage them, on the internet. and we're in meatspace. that means there's multi layers, dimensions to reality and awareness, sentience, agency, free will, chaos - appear on all levels.

btw i wonder if cyberspace is 1D or 2D. or if we're using the wrong words & thoughts about dimensions.
