So I have to do certain tasks until we finally get the new system which will free up my time. 2) squeezed from the other side by trying to hire someone already an expert in the new system before I ever have a chance to use it. I'm being checkmated by a well meaning idiot who's only purpose is to make work for everyone else rather than do some himself. Just constantly sitting there wondering what else to get people to do. That goes for the owner too.People delegating work outside their lane, never taking time to understand what the work entails are always the first to jump into action with no clear picture of the situation. He would do a better service doing nothing at all.All I've learned is never ask for help from management.
