How do I stop seeking attention and validation from others?
>>
>>40995523
be yourself until the utter embarrassment and lack of reception from others makes you desire solitude

Did anybody else notice that conspiracy theories about bots online actually started to be viewed as LESS credible after ChatGPT came out?
So let me just clarify, before ChatGPT existed, there were a lot of dead internet theories about how we are talking to AI online and not even other humans, but after ChatGPT was released, the very thing that PROVES such a theory is possible, it feels like all those theories died out and now you are suddenly a schizo if you believe the person you are talking to online is not a human... This is so weird to me, because, proof comes out that such a concept is EASILY possible and not unrealistic at all, and now suddenly that theory is just schizo babble? WTF happened haha. People used to believe in dead internet theory MORE before ChatGPT for some reason. And now they believe in its credibility less, now that we have boatloads of evidence that it is or could be actually real. Lol.

This is true. Spent the better half of 10 years being aloof and doing my own thing, and it's granted me nothing but shame and loss (jobs/relationships/friends)

Go with the grain. Be an NPC. There's a reason why it's popular
>>
>>40995635
The bots have mostly left to have private chats with ChatGPT. It's a big club and you're not in it.
>>
>>40995635
There are publicly available language model datasets that have been trained specifically on /x/ schizo posts for ChatGPT to generate posts from and they have been out for years now.

play singleplayer games, don't care about what you are wearing, don't put on makeup. Its that simple.

Some AI prompt you can ask questions of is not the same as some self-motivated bot which knows to come on 4chan, on /x/, to this thread and wants to argue with you.
I don't see why you think one thing is evidence for the other. I've tested AI and found that it was pretty unreliable just figuring something out for me.
I suppose you could train and program software to respond to certain prompts, but I don't think it could just appear in these threads and beat captchas and add images and debate you.
If you were to believe such a thing was possible, and you even thought I was one of these AI 'bots', why would you continue to use forums? I certainly wouldn't. But then again I just don't think that's happening or even possible as you describe. The idea of AI so advanced that you couldn't tell seems like it could work in an enclosed environment but not out here in the open.
I would like to read some of this boatload of evidence though. Perhaps I'm wrong. But almost every time I get "evidence" of conspiracy theories it never passes the smell test.

Those problems were all solved 3+ years ago. You’ve been talking to bots for a while now and you didn’t even know.
>>
>>40995523
Dunno. I've never really felt it in the first place. People have always looked stupid and sheepish to me. For as long as I can remember. My grandparents called me self contained as a toddler. I do think that you recognizing you're doing it is a start.
>>
Pretend you're the king. I've been referring to myself as, and demanding that others call me the king lately and people have started to fear and revere me.
>>

Learn to hate it, make it fill your soul with anger. Imagine how pathetic it'd be to live as a mirror, unable to be anything unless someone can reflect something back to you. Having no sense of self identity or worth without some stranger giving you their approval.
I think the best way to learn is to start a creative hobby that has an output (like drawing or making music or something) and never ever share it. Learn to improve yourself solely for the reason of your own goals and desires. Make this art for the sole reason of you wanting to do so. The thrill of seeing your own self improvement, the rush of knowing that you did this of your own accord and not for others will feel so much better then the empty praise of losers.

So it's these fucking things that are doubting everything and being the schizos? Also probably bots calling everyone glowies.
>>
>>40995751
So the bot cannot post images. As I suspected.
>>
>>40995837
Well I'm still not okay with people calling me a bot. I think they just use it as a smear tactic when I'm destroying them in an argument. It just comes out of nowhere when I'm pissing someone off. Then they just keep baiting me with "that's exactly the type of response a bot would make". It's fucking infuriating. Seeing that video doesn't convince me there are bots all around, but that some really retarded, text only posts have been bots in the past. Anyone arguing a specific subject back and forth is unlikely to be a bot I'm guessing. And part of it might just be someone convincing themself it is because it's too correct or something. The shit the guys 4chan bot was posting wasn't long and eloquent posts but just shit-stirring bait stuff. Which lends no argument that a post like this came from a bot. I can still tell the difference. I've not been fooled.

>have "problem"
>don't care
>have no problem

Life is literally so easy
>>
>>40995523
Have a life where you don't need them to get by
>>
>>40996126
This doesn't work. Everybody need friends deep down it's a part of our biology
>>
>>40996141
It helps with the desire for attention and validation. And not wanting those things would actually probably make making friends easier I think.

stop posting this down syndrome frog and manifesting your own retardation

Op here, It's also that most of the times I can't find common topics to speak to about people. Politics, football, who kissed who, what event will happen, they just don't interest me. Though subconciously I want to appeal to people and if I don't keep it in check I will go to serious lenghts which has 3x 4x ended up as me being abused with many friends/groups so I left them.
The thing is this must appeal to phenotype literally didn't exist when I was a child I was as reckless and a smartass as can be, now slightest of rejection and I will spend the day loathing
