Taoism has that same spark that Hegelian philosophy has. It covers dualism and binaries with yin and yang and both monism and pluralism with the Tao. I like to imagine it tries to explain that there is this thing called quantum mechanics before we discovered it.I'm not really religious, but it's sometimes fun to attempt making sense of different religions.

We suffer when judgements of perception go against judgements of value. The alternatives: numbing perception, numbing valuation. Buddhism does the latter.
