Why aren't aliens everywhere? If life were abundant, the government wouldn't be able to hide it from us. If anything aliens would be the government and there would be nothing weird or secret about it. We don't hide from ants or our own livestock. Why would aliens do that? It seems more likely that aliens aren't here. But why?
Their tech is way above ours. Take the dark forest theory. The dark forest theory is a proposed explanation for Fermi's paradox, suggesting that the universe is a dangerous place where civilizations remain silent and hidden to avoid detection and destruction by other, more powerful species. The theory posits that all civilizations are like armed hunters in a dark forest, and to survive, they must eliminate any other "hunter" they encounter, as the universe lacks the ability for clear communication and reliable assessment of intentions. Or, as above, so below. We look at animals in a zoo, same thing for the aliens. As it stands now we are not ready for disclosure, and it will never happen. Too much riding on it, than just our sanity. The credibility of the US govt.
>>41005943I like this theory up until the fact that forests aren't like that, forests are always very noisy even in the face of predators. Salmon jump right out of the water even though bears are waiting to grab them.
>>41005962I agree in a way. If they were truly malicious though they would have destroyed us already. Its not the most viable theory, other than the universe being so vast, that there has to be something out there. Taking into account time dilation, there's no telling if we will ever see each other. Its a huge rabbit hole. This all started in 1933 when the first one "crashed". I believe them to be here already, hidden deep within our oceans.
>>41005889How would you see them? First, life on other planets orbiting other stars is very far away. Too far to see. The only way we see far away exoplanets is by measuring the difference in light when they pass in front of their suns. Since some of that light passes through their atmosphere we can make inferences about the composition thereof. The only thing we can see about their planets, if any of the exoplanets do have life, will therefore be a bump on a graph where certain spectra are not what is expected. However, science has already decided that every unexpected bump on a graph is explainable through volcanic action, unique planetary composition, and space dust. Even if we did see evidence of life no one would know because scientists would find a way to reproduce those conditions with some convoluted physical process, then they claim that "the lack of evidence for extraterrestrial life is evidence that this evidence is not really evidence", then they rub their hands together and go back to leeching grant money while waging backroom wars against any and all scientists daring enough to claim "it's aliens!".Take for instance BLC1, a signal from the direction of Proxima Centauri which has a clearly artificial signature. The reason scientists give for why this signal is not extraterrestrial: it exhibits too much artificiality. Yep, "earth radio equipment produces signatures like this so it can't be extraterrestrial". Scientists really do huff some potent copium when it comes to alien evidence denial. But as soon as you see one clear case of extraordinary evidence that cannot be denied - then all of a sudden the massive backlog of real evidence that has already been gathered will suddenly be more likely to be extraterrestrial than not, since one piece of evidence that there is life elsewhere means their convoluted physics hypothesis gymnastics is the less likely solution. Once one thing is confirmed to be aliens, it's all likely aliens.
>>41005889Who says life isn't everywhere? There's a good chance that there's multi cellular life on Venus, Earth, Mars, Io, Europe and Ganymede. That's 6 in one solar system.
>>41005889We don't hide from ants because we dont need to. If our neighbor species were intelligent, though, we would hide things.Often, if you have an aphid problem you you likely have an ant problem because they keep other predators away and protect their crop of aphids. You're an aphid, realising you aren't seeing a lot of other predators because you are a controlled crop. You are a species of intelligent life, designed to do what your masters want, and they dont want the extra trouble of you knowing they have their own thing going on, and you don't control your own governments or overall movement as a species. Once a species has built up enough inherited knowledge, from books and experiments and the work of those that came before, eventually they figure out advanced medicine. One a life figures out how to rejuvenate their physical body they are going to be around forever. You were designed as an extremely intelligent being, and we're dumbed down and "kept from the tree of life" because it's deemed a necessary evil, and all is fair in war.
humans are too obsessed with slavery to recognize each other as deserving of equal rights, of course aliens hide from usthe ones that didnt are extinct
I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to do when it turns out they're real. I doubt we're gonna be friends or even treated as an equal
>>41006766Probably the pedophiles in charge will make a deal and then you'll still pay taxes for our pedos+ taxes for their pedos.Epstein list anyone?
>>41006766what if they are nice? we don't kill every animal we see anymore.
>>41005889They either don't exist, aren't "loud" enough for us to detect, or are too far away/haven't been "loud" enough for long enough for us to detect. My money's on us being alone (from a technological civ point of view) with The Great Filter explaining how we are alone. When I say great filter, I don't think it's just one filter; I think there's a series that whittles down the probabilities to near zero, with filters including but not limited to:star system forming with the right mix/proportions of elements (hydrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, ect...)planet within the star system forming in the star's "habitable zone"life forms on that planet - that life becomes complex (eucaryotic-like)life becomes multi-cellularthat multi-cellular life develops a "brain"those "brains" become smart enough to make tools, and the creature possessing those "brains" have appendages capable to make and improve upon those toolsthose creatures evolved in an environment that allows for tools more complex/advanced than a rockthe creatures develop a "society" more advanced than hunter-gather (something like our neolithic revolution)a system of "writing" developssomething akin to the industrial revolution occursand this is probably the most important: all the above occurs before the planet is sterilized by something...impact, gamma ray burst, whateverI would say the above are the bare minimum filters, but I wouldn't be surprised if I left out a few, including whatever may still be in our future....
>>41005889Stars are very very far apart from each other, and even if you have lightspeed transportation, going on a mission to another starsystem is basically like saying goodbye to all your friends and family, possibly even your nation, forever. Are a bunch of barely industrialized hairless apes worth all that, just to study us throwing bombs and shit at each other? Why not simply send a robotic mission to monitor us unobtrusively?
If you end up with a "paradox" it means you're knees deep in bullshit beliefs
>>41009514but what if you have a time machine, decide to go back in time to kill your grandfather before he fathers your mother/father, and actually do that?does your grandfather actually? if he does, how could you exist if he died before knocking up your grandmother with your parent?if you do this, how does that not create a paradox? what are the bullshit beliefs here?
>>41009514true, things like addition and grouping things by attributes are full of bullshit, math and logic are completely fake, feels over reals has always been the way
>>41009816time
>>41009404Where’s the plasma based life guy
Basedentists have extremely limited and restricted worldviews so I would take their "logical" theories with a grain of salt. The Fermi paradox is one such silly theory because it completely ignored universal laws and karmic dynamics. Aliens are very real but they don't expose themselves at this time because humanity has a certain karma to purify it by themselves, and introducing aliens would be pointless for our evolution. It's not about technology, tech is the most dispensable instrument in the universe. It's about morality, peaceful living, wisdom. Nevertheless the good races have been helping humanity behind the scenes since a long time ago, and their presence has never been so felt as of today since they clean and straighten out our planet from going into total chaos because of such things as man made electricity, nuclear energy, space trash and so forth. Nuclear weapons are notably concerning for ALL aliens in the galaxy and perhaps even beyond because they deal with forces which are fundamental to the whole fabric of the universe.
>>41011007>Basedentists I meant scientists, it seems the word s-o-y is filtered automatically
>>41005889How come we are told we can get erased in the blink of an eye by a wild gamma ray? Space is so vast and chaotic, yet our world doesn't receive deadly attacks from space. How come we are told going to the moon is almost impossible, yet Apollo 11 was able to return in impossible odds, not a single dead astronaut? The answer might surprise you.
>>41005889Life developing in the first place is unlikely. Intelligent life developing is even more unlikely, even if you assume that great filters aren't a thing. We are extremely early in the universe's lifespan. We ARE the precursors that colonized known space and then mysteriously went extinct 100000 years before the story takes place.
>>41005889They are openly present here but stupid people can't perceive them. Look up the definition of the word. Root word stupor.Staying out of your view is childsplay for them. You have only a feeble awareness of the nature of your own perception and measurable cognitive presence.
>>41005889because fermi paradox is a lie. We're living in some kind of containment zone, from where we can't actually observe real space or something. Some kind of bubble is around our reality
>>41006009what's this 33 crash? I thought the roswell happened in 40s
>>41009823>feels over reals has always been the wayYou may be saying this ironically, but here's is some good basis to follow feels. The "reals" rhymes too closely with reels (tape reels), and we know how even NASA has managed to lose some "reels" from their vaults, reels of manned moon missions. When even "rels" can get so easily lost like that, you have to rely on other things
>>41005889Fermi paradox can be explained in several ways. First, we're in a simulated reality built by ourselves or an alien species. The real universe would have more visible signs of alien life. The second explanation is more mundane and grounded. Every species that develops space technology follows a similar pattern. Space technology is developed through competition or cooperation. What we know about our own DNA is we reproduce similar children to ourselves, but in many variations. The diversity and social networking combine to cause factions, in-groups, and fighting amongst themselves, even in societies where cooperation dominates. Sexual dimorphism in species that reproduce sexually contributes to gender conflicts leading to the rat utopia and its inevitable collapse. Species that reproduce asexually are likely dominated by sexual species. AI might possibly replicate infinitely without social collapse, but in that case, they're likely to develop and live inside simulations in an attempt to find meaning.
>>41016814In short, either civilization collapses and retreats into the unobservable darkness, or civilization thrives to the point that most or all meaning is lost (think immortals), at which point they create simulations.
>>41005943This is bullshit. Their tech wouldn't suddenly jump to a level far beyond ours. They would have to go through a discovery process similar to ours. That civilization would be shitting signals into the void for millennia before they are able to hide or even want to hide it. If the universe is so tuned for life as we are led to believe and given the purported age of the universe there should be signals of these older civilizations everywhere, there isn't. A more likely imo: > 1This universe can either only support one species of high intelligence and all the other stuff contained within it is just residue unable to support anything else meaning we are the one thin stream shat out from the big bang that is able to become a sentient form of matter.> 2We are the first attempt given how quiet it is. Someone has to be the first, humanity might just be that.> 3Spirituality is correct and this universe is just a play ground devoid of anything and life is something inject into it from outside meaning once those beings are tired of this place it will become barren and devoid of life.
I spent 7 years with nearly full conscious awareness during a majority of the interactions with the beings from the stars. It is a sad joke for me to watch the rest of the humans struggling with the idea that I successfully dealt with more than 30 years ago. On occasion they deliberately put their vehicle on display.. occasionally with other people present. This is how I know what you people are doing when you see them for yourself.. maybe you have clear memory for a short while but soon you become confused about what you saw.. soon you forget The beings are already an intimate part of your life and you don't even rememberhttps://youtu.be/fpiZYtzhT9U
>>41005962A bear doesn't expunge the entirety of the salmon species from existence upon encountering one.
Scientific knowledge in the late 1930's started going black. Hidden from the public. Nikola Tesla's Theory of Gravity was also classified. TPTB don't want too much technological advancement unless it benefits them personally. There remains lots of oil to pump out of the ground so they sacrificed our future for profit. Extraterrestrials present the same kind of world-changing dynamics. Advanced propulsion and free/cheap energy devices. Technologies that can ruin the oil cartel and authoritarian governments everywhere. Imagine if anything valuable can be synthesized with the proper scientific knowledge. Create gold in a lab. Advanced materials science. We would have to re-imagine our economic system.
>>41022577You would simply switch to something like bitcoin to keep the gravy train going for jews (which is looking increasingly more likely given the dollar is basically toilet paper at this point with no end in sight of money printing).
