I'm not Christian so I can't help you all that much BUT if you are open minded you could make a servitor to protect you from soul/psychic/dream attacks from hostile entities. You can make them sentient and intelligent or not, like robots, to protect you or any other goal you want. Since it's just for self defense it shouldn't take too much time (a normal one can takes months to make) and maybe you won't even need to maintain it at all.
