>>41016485"Paganism" is a 'Christain' epithet for those people who aren't 'Christains', and sometimes that includes people who are considered Heretics by the Right (orthodox Pauline) 'Christains'. There is more to this World than just physical dirt ("Earth"). Her name is Gaia, and She is alive. Objects, Powers, and social mores have a Spiritual dimension, and Neo-Paganism works with these as Personalities, who have attributes, aspects, and manifestations of these forces. Notice the word "Who" in the last sentence!! "We" call them God, as they are collectively God. Most religions believe in a Spiritual Realm, and its origins are the umbrella religion before the State Monothiests slithered out of the ooze, outlawed them, destroyed or "renovated" their Philosophical Acadamies and Temples, and forced them into 'Christainanity' at spear and arrow point. The Classical religion was labelled as "Paganism" as they considered Pagans to be rural Bumpkins and Hicks, or non-Soldiers for the Roman Emperor's new religion of the State Christ; and they often killed those who may have strayed from 'Thee' One and Only True Faith!Their enemies were the heretical Gnostics, Nestorians, Arians, etc., and any religion that wouldn't accept their Omni-God as The One God! So their gods were maligned, slandered, and transformed into the Christcuck Anti-God - The 'Christain's' Evil, Bad Old Debbil! ('Bad Debbil, bad debbil! Get behind me and scratch my back...!) Freedom of religion came late to the world, and it's still in grave danger from the Christer ignoramuses who stifled and persecuted any other religious thought but theirs for 1600 years!
