Well, Kubrick was only relaying what he learned about this shit from his friendship with Jack Nicholson. Can't remember the details, but if you dig deep enough, you can find out that Nicholson himself was involved in some child trafficking thing along with another Hollywood actor in the 1970s that was quickly and quietly covered up.There's also a tunnel system underneath Nicholson's former mansion in LA that leads into the PlayBoy mansion.I'll try to find all this and get back to you once I can

What I do know from experience is that the film as it exists now acts as a kind of initiation in itself, is very rich in symbolism. It has various exoteric interpretations that make sense, but ultimately if you came away thinking it was only 'about' class, sex, or pedo elites, you don't yet have eyes to see.
