I spend 13 hours per day in Red Light Therapy, a completely red room like pic related. Does this have any paranormal benefit or otherwise? I have it on all 9 hours while I sleep then an additional 4 hours while awake just chilling in my room watching tv. The rest of the 11 waking hours I'm doing normal people stuff, getting sunlight going outside getting exercise etc.
>>41021016Have you noticed an effect? I think Edgar Cayce suggested red light therapy for certain issues 100 years ago
>>41021016Supposedly red rooms like that are supposed to make you more aggressive. I heard about that when I was a kid though so it might have been pseudo science. I heard purple's supposed to make you crazy and that cool colors calm you down at the same time/from the same source.
>>41021056And blue light makes you addicted to your phone and slot machines? Is that why they use blue light in everything? To control the cattle?
>>41021035Increased dreaming and quality of dreams. I do think my bug bites are healing faster than before, I didn't measure it but it feels like 50% faster. That's about it.
Another reason I do this is because I think any type of light keeps demons away from me while I sleep. This is just my own schizo belief though. I don't want to sleep in darkness, I'm not afraid of it, I just suspect it's something we've been lied to that "humans need darkness" like it's good for us or something. It's not. We would be healthier in 24/7 light. That's my belief.
>>41021112Do you have any health issues than need to be healed? Gave you noticed any mood improvements?
>>41021112>>41021124So with this in mind my next purchase is to buy an LED Array capable of giving me vitamin D (aka UVB light around 300nm) so I can get vitamin D while I sleep. I'm going to become a being of pure sunlight, never will I be without it, even if artificially generated.
>>41021128Slow skin healing. I've been doing this for a month now. I don't measure it but it seems like my skin heals 50% faster now. Other than that no health issues. I don't notice any mood improvements but my mood was already good for years now.
What the hell... I was just talking to Grok about some completely different topic and it mentioned visiting "Infrared Saunas", idk what that is but im guessing, but i wouldnt have thought such a thing existed. I wonder if that would be a good business to open. Charge people like $10/month membership and they can come in any time to use the various rooms, a red light room, a UVB (Vitamin D) room, and maybe other rooms if there's a reason.
>balancing out the blue lightBased
>>41021016I thought actual red light therapy was quite intense and should be done in short sessions
>>41021166They're just saunas heated with infrared rather than the normal stove, there's nothing weird about them.
>>41021090Blue light would fall under cool colors so by that logic it would make you calmer. I heard about it in the early 00's so I don't think we knew about blue light in the way you're thinking until several years later.
>>41021016In places where there are sea turtles, they use red / orange light with special shades for the lamp on street lights, that way they don't attract the turtles to the beach and away from the ocean.I think you should try red / orange light therapy instead of just red light.I am not a scientist, but I have also heard that warm lights specifically make you sleepier and that blue light does the opposite. Also, the sun is yellow, right?I don't know what the takeaway of my post is, but GL, OP.
>>41021056Slightly related but apparently there's a certain shade of pink that makes people go crazy.
>>41021124Humans used to sleep in two chunk periods before we had electric lighting.Electric stuff has f'ed with our natural state.
>>41021016Different wavelengths of light can penetrate your body different distances. Some infrared wavelengths can penetrate far enough to reach your organs. Specifically, visible red light wavelengths in the 660 nm region are enough to penetrate through your skin completely, and near and far infrared light can go further. If you see the benefits in your skin and circulatory system from only the red wavelengths, try adding infrared to target your organ health as well.
>>41021325>the first time I heard aboutthey couldn’t have added them before you heard about them? And what year do you think I was referring too?
>>41021399Source?
>>41021016red light doesn't cure any disease you idiot
>>41021325>no they wouldn’t use lights to get you addicted to phones or slot machines are you retarded?
>>41021399That might be the purple makes you crazy thing I was talking about.>>41021480If you hover over the post numbers you can tell who's replying to what. Welcome to 4chan.

>>41021016What do you mean by "paranormal benefit", spiritual benefits? Why should a light with a particular color have them? Red-light therapy is used for photobiomodulation purposes, not spiritual ones. Look up "photobiomodulation", it has to do with science-based alternative medicine and Phototherapy, and how this long wavelength light penetrates cells in the body, to the point of stimulating the mitochondria. And it's more a matter of how much Big Pharma hides or moves away from the public in the name of big profit, depopulation and that kind of intentions.
>>41021918i guess spiritual benefits is probably more accurate. i've read on here about different frequencies of light doing paranormal shit, both to you, to the environment, to various noncorporeal beings, etc. though i can never remember the details.
>>41021991although i do remember a few details>red night vision goggles letting you see demons/etc>people smoking DMT then looking at a red laser line on the wall and being able to see some sort of "code" inside the light (youtube videos of many people trying this)>dicyanin light filtering dye letting you see human auras and demons/etc>sunlight giving you psychic powers, vivid dreams, etc - especially sun gazing>shining a red laser on your forehead where your pineal gland is to 'activate' it
>>41021016I exposed my balls and taint to red light therapy for one hour every day for three months. At the end of it I was obnoxious and insufferable.
>>41021807Mostly had the opposite calming effect
>>41021787why do you glowies think people are mad when they call you out? are you new here? It’s just how we talk to each other, faggot bitch
>>4102114650% increased wound skin healing is insane. E.g. Wound that would take 6 weeks would be healed in 3 weeks, add onto that popular healing stack stuff like tb500 + BPC 157 and probably bring it down to 1.5 weeks. Very significant stuff. Add more stuff and you can have wolverine healing, this could be extremely useful for people who have surgery and have to slowly wait for a wound/skin to heal. I know the tb500/bpc157 affects joints/muscle tissue, gut etc but i also heard red light at a certain wavelength penetrates the skin and so it has internal healing effects too. Btw notice any effects on your hair? certain red light is supposed to be good for hair.
>>41023241My wound healing was already slower than average, if anything I'm just back to average. Red light therapy is one of the solutions I found to give a try.
>>41023241yea im scared to use BPC-157. my hair is currently falling out pretty bad now that you mention it, even though RLT is supposed to increase hair growth
>>41023198>said the glowieOr whatever you are. I'm sure you do it for the love of the game. Money's probably not involved for you because someone else figured out how to make you do it for free.
>>41023313Shut up cry baby bitch. Go back 2 reddit if you can’t handle curse words
>>41021016>>41021056I mostly know about red light from the polyphasic sleep community.
>>41025710tl;dr ?in relation to polyphasic sleep i mean
>>41021016Youre just wasting time. Prolonged red light exposure has no benefits, and might actually do more harm than good. Also how the hell is this paranormal? Saged.
>>41026339>Also how the hell is this paranormal? Saged.crazy how many of you keep asking this when light itself is extremely paranormal and has many paranormal effects.
>>41021035>cayce He was based and i think he recommended other light colors as therapy depending on the patient’s needs
>>41026339Nice try glowfuckTurn off your green light and you wouldn’t be so noticeable
>>41021016how do i do this but with uv light?
