I would like to create a new set of gods in order to cause a collapse of the current structure of the material world in a fashion that will save and/or liberate everyone. What should I know about this? Are there any who have attempted this before? Should I look into tulpas, egregores, servitors, and/or godforms? I can't reveal too much of my intentions now, but one of the gods I do plan on making is a deified version of Alice and Bob as twin gods of communication. I think I could be qualified in that task at least since I am a computer science major.
How about no gods for now, you can try again in the next Age if humans are still around.
