I’ve read books like “Psycho-Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz and others that train you how to hypnotize yourself for greater control over your mind but how do the elite mind control people for nefarious purposes? Do these people allow themselves to be put under, do the controllers use drugs, or technology? It seems like many (not all) of these victims describe these memories having to be retrieved through hypnosis itself but I’ve had trouble hypnotizing myself for past life regression and meditation sessions so I’m wondering how I can do it easier. And I’m curious if there’s anything to learn from people who are able to do it to others. I would also be interested in seeing if I’ve had memory blocks put in place just because I’m curious.
