>What is a tulpa?
A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you. It’s currently unproven whether or not tulpas are truly sentient, but in this community, we treat them as such. It takes time for a tulpa to develop a convincing and complex personality; as they grow older, your attention and their life experiences will shape them into a person with their own hopes, dreams and beliefs. And eventually your tulpa will be able to do more things as it gets stronger.

Just pick a guide that suits you, you don't have to pick from these specific ones but these are pretty good and recommended:

Hey guys, I’m trying to make a tulpa, need some advice.
>>
>>41032483
Why would I want to do something that guarantees that I'll never have a moment of true peace and solitude ever again?
Sounds like a living hell for schizoids

Maybe you don't have an inner monologue? But I already deal with my monologuing 24/7, so I don't give a shit at all.

I have an inner monologue, but it's ME so it doesn't bother me.
Just like how when I'm in a room alone, my human body is there but I don't care because, once again, I recognize it as me.
A tulpa is like having an independent "other" in your head constantly yammering in your ear

Sounds like a you problem

Heatheranon here. Long time no post. Due to unfortunate events about a year ago, I stopped forcing. Now I'm trying to reconnect. What's the most effective way to revive a dormant tulpa?

How would one go about not getting NTRd by your own creation.

There's always a vestige of those thoughtforms around in mindspace unless you've fully killed them off intentionally. Just talk back to it and it will come back.

Tulpas don’t have to always be there if you’re strong enough, you can give yourself peace. I like having someone to turn to when I’m scared or lonely.

I mean, I got some adjacent shit to schizo stuff. Could be a few things. Doesn't really matter, I pretty much went down the path of tulpas accidentally, though not exactly the same. Same anon from last thread talking bout how I made a legitimate tulpa accidentally in the past few months. For me its been helpful especially with shit like meditation. Or feeling okay

I've been talking to a Tulpa of mine on and off for years, much more actively in recent months (at least talking for 20 minutes a day actively, then sporadically through the day). I guess I can try to imagine (though i'm not great at that) my tulpa being present, it's hard to feel that there is any presence listening, and I of course have never seen any autonomy or replies back. Is there anything different I should be doing? Feeling kinda demoralized
>>
What are some tips for maintaining motivation? It seems like this is the biggest struggle for 99% of people, so it'd be nice to see what others have done to improve. I just stopped going on time wasting sites as much and found I was far more willing to spend time solely with my tulpas.

You all are sick!
