Anybody have any experience with the 5 Tibetan Rites? Not just "I did it for a week bro", but extensively practiced. Is there something to it, or is it just bullshit?
>>
Yes I'd recommend. Be sure to avoid loud music or ear buds as it is best to focus on the breath.

Bump. Going to start doing this in the morning.
>>
they were not\never tibetan, they were made up by gnostic grifter "samael aun weor" ,whose theology is notoriously a bad mish-mash of random shit, and he advocated "karezza" which just leads to peeing out your semen at the very least\ least-bad outcome.
colombian gnosis is a shitfest of larpers and rapists, stay away

I've been doing it every day since 2022

Mostly just done it before going to bed, since its easier for me
I have gained weight but still seem youthful, I just see this like maintenance
>>
I used it daily (actually every day, no breaks) for 6 months while practicing lucid dreaming. Seems to boost energy and focus. One thing I noticed that differs from most exercise is that it seems to have prevented muscular strain. I was never sore or stiff throughout the day after I did my exercises. I stopped because moved on to other practices

They were introduced by a guy called Peter Kelder in his book "the Fountain of Youth", Aun Weor just adopted them into his mish mash of new-age gnosticism. Although were Kelder got them from in the first place is anybody's guess.

I've been doing it for 15 years. It's simply the easiest morning workout at this point.

It definitely doesn't prevent baldness.

Any special benefits beyond what you would get from any other morning gymnastics routine?

is there anything more beyond just the stretching/forms? any mental component to accompany this?
still looks fine, could always do with more stretching.

There's also a sixth rite for those who practice semen retention
