ok, i found a single hour and 41 Y.T video that talks about it, don't hate me for that, i honestly prefer reading over watching basedtube summaries but if the book bores me, it becomes a tiny bit harder

Just talk to your higher self, and you're communicating with it. In being serious. It's genuinely that easy. Form a connection. Ask it everyday things. Misplace something? Ask your higher self to please show you where it is. Learn to tune into a subtle (not always subtle) but distinct "feeling". I suggest not making it anymore difficult than it has to be anon.
