He was gay … for penis
>>
>>41039998
He’s a good gateway for materialists to start snapping out of their mental illness

You are talking about Freud.
Jung was his protege that realized one day "this faggot is a homo" and went off to make real discoveries.
>>

Not really a secret, but he's studied astrology to have worked even before his death was resounded as fate.
>>
I never read his works myself; only heard of him being referenced or related to movies shows and books I've read or am interested in. It really hit home when I was chatting with AI about some of my own perspectives and Jung came up a lot so that really sent the point home for me.

I've been reading him a lot lately and I've been learning a lot about how the psyche works. Also, apparently our psyche isn't confined by the parameters of our bodies, and that it can actually effect reality in a strange way, or something like that

>just fantasized about thing then made himself believe his fantasies are real which caused him to go insane
Don't we all recognize ourselves in this description?

I’ve tried to read this fart sniffer’s books many times only to be turned away by his ego stroking ramblings. His thoughts are poorly organized. He also likes to harp about the secret “woman within” each of us and it sure sounds like tranny material sometimes.

Jung was the only sane psychiatrist.

They are real, you are just a soulless hylic that cannot comprehend a human soul. Probably a liberal too.
>>

if you switch the first letters of his first and last name its Jarl Cung, which sounds like an elder scrolls character
>>

He's an interesting case, imo. One of the few guys in the academia who wasn't afraid to ride the thin line between science and /x/.

Theres an inner tranny inside all men, thats why most of us wear the dresses and makeup of our girlfriends/wives in secret, the ones that don't repress their anima (tranima)

Carl Jung's /x/ beliefs that I know of:

The collective unconscious - his most famous idea other than archetypes. Jung thought that we were all connected at a psychic level. You can understand this as explainable and biological, with you inheriting traits, tendencies, and perhaps some level experiences from your ancestors through your genes. The more Carl Jung you read, however, the more you will realize that he probably meant this in a paranormal sense.

Synchronicity - the universe speaks to you and gives you signs through coincidence. Follow these coincidences and you will learn interesting things about yourself and the universe.

Astrology - he investigated astrology and came to the conclusion that it was real. According to Jung, The last astrological age was the age of Pisces, marked by the rise and dominance of Christianity. We are currently at the beginning of the age of Aquarius and old spiritual truths will soon re-emerge.

Those are just the ones I know about. Jung is pretty cool and was both a respected scientist and a freaky /x/ philosopher.

He looked very jewish despite not being jewish. All his colleagues were jewish so he's honorary jewish.
>>
His mom was a tarot reader, he was really into occult topics especially alchemy as a symbolic inner journey. Jung's strength was he was able to take practical occultism and esotericism and adapt it to something that was digestible for the whole "psychology is a science" crowd. Most prominently his entire idea of archetypes is literally just Plato's forms and platonic spirituality with a reworked language so that "muh smart material academic" can digest it without being turned off of its esoteric and spiritual implications. Psyche is just soul. Archetypes are forms. Collective unconscious is ancestral memory. Nothing Jung did was new and he knew it, he explored this realm thats normally reserved for esotericists that the mainstream doesnt like and attached different words to it so that it didn't challenge normies pre-existent worldview.

Jung went insane because he was an esotericist/occultist. This happens to people who don't have spiritual guidance/framework/faith when they explore this stuff. But he couldn't because he was working out of the new psychological model.

the goal of the Magister is to update the concepts for his generation

What? When?

The end of his life with the red book. He was deteriorating into obsession and chasing synchronicities. Sometimes people lose themselves in this realm and get detached from the mundane world and thats when they go crazy. It is incredibly important to balance these explorations with mundane life. Probe the extracosmic secrets of the self and universe but also dont forget to take your kids to the park on Sunday and enjoy the mundane world because that matters too.

>The end of his life with the red book.
The Red Book was written early in his life, starting in 1914. None of what you say is remotely true.

Or an asian jarl in mount and blade

i enjoyed his Red Book very much as well as his biography
his clinical and philosophical books are written very dryly though, probably a bad translation

completely wrong, did you post this on purpose? from Memories, Dreams, Reflections:

>Particularly at this time, when I was working on the fantasies, I needed a point of support in “this world,” and I may say that my family and my professional work were that to me. It was most essential for me to have a normal life in the real world as a counterpoise to that strange inner world. My family and my profession remained the base to which I could always return, assuring me that I was an actually existing, ordinary person. The unconscious contents could have driven me out of my wits. But my family, and the knowledge: I have a medical diploma from a Swiss university, I must help my patients, I have a wife and five children, I live at 228 Seestrasse in Küsnacht—these were actualities which made demands upon me and proved to me again and again that I really existed, that I was not a blank page whirling about in the winds of the spirit, like Nietzsche. Nietzsche had lost the ground under his feet because he possessed nothing more than the inner world of his thoughts—which incidentally possessed him more than he it. He was uprooted and hovered above the earth, and therefore he succumbed to exaggeration and irreality. For me, such irreality was the quintessence of horror, for I aimed, after all, at this world and this life. No matter how deeply absorbed or how blown about I was, I always knew that everything I was experiencing was ultimately directed at this real life of mine. I meant to meet its obligations and fulfill its meanings.
