How do I get better at spotting pysops? I've recently discovered that seemingly 85%+ of all posts on the internet are made by one government or another and like half of those that arent are made by people from the third world, do I just have to stop using the internet completely?

What's a good analogue to this problem? Most food is fake nowadays, made using "building block" chemistry to give the optics and speedran through faux government agencies to reach the market. As you are suggesting, finding alternatives is one way but we still drink and eat things which are artificial. The do or die psyop is the worst aspect of technology that one must become a participant or frequent visitor instead of being a casual observer. Who watches the watchman? Big Tech has no oversight and our elected officials aren't creative enough to solve novelty contrary to popular belief.

The feeling. Your subconscious knows if what you're reading is an infohazard, so as soon as you start feeling bad "knowing" something, you reject it as false and tune out.
If you feel good reading it, then it's a real thing worth accepting into your life. The good news.

I think Info Hazard is the wrong word for it, Just call it what it is, it's disinformation/misinformation.

Learn what projecting is, and know that you are pretty much good enough already.
