>>41052202Shikantaza isn't esoteric. Shikantaza is a sutric meditation which means it is exoteric. It's an open practice that doesn't require initiation like tantric meditation styles. It's definitely an amazing practice, and it will definitely help you with any esoteric practices you do in the future though
