I don't like reading. I listen to videos while browsing or playing games. It's much easier for me that way.
I wouldn't mind reading, but only if it's something I really like (I've never found anything I really like).

How does reading "Chasing Phantoms" get you attacked by ayys? No one ever answers when I ask.
I looked through the book and nothing happened to me, but I didn't exactly do an in-depth reading

>99.999999% of the shit out there is pure garbage
>Suggests kybalion
Either extremely based Paul Foster Case follower or retarded. Kybalion is a joke book if youre not following BoTA curriculum as its basically a BoTA curriculum introduction.

What boards are those?
>>
>>41059182
That board is long gone now. It was called fringe, was on infinitychan
>>

Looks like they made a new one actually, never realized it came back

I've been down the rabbit hole and this is actually all new age esoteric slop that just ultimately teaches self suggestion to lower inhibitions toward a goal, the philosophy behind it all being a means to strengthen that suggestion, not anything with any logical grounding beyond "this is a cool concept."

Right now I'm reading "All Things Are Full of Gods." A book about philosophy of mind that is seemingly arguing for a somewhat similar view of mind but actually goes more in depth and provides a logical argument. Unlike William Walker Atkinshit's "OOooOOoo le eastern spirituality is le so wiseeee and all le wise people say *bunch of unfalsifiable assertions*".

I do think Tarot can be a fun and useful tool for introspection and forcing yourself to intuit things, if you want a decent book that explains the symbolism in the cards try "Seventy Eight Degrees of Wisdom" by some ugly old jew tranny, it's pretty good.

CCRU is the pinnacle of both modern philosophy and the modern occult, their hyperstition is so powerful that the world has essentially become a magical war between Fisher and Land, which itself could be considered a new front of the Lemurian Time War.

The Holistic Tarot by Benebell Wen is amazing if you wanted to start in tarot and have no clue how. It's massive and goes over a ton of stuff. /omg/ has it in their sticky somewhere.
The Complete Book of Demonolatry by S Connolly is another I had good experiences with. It is more like a work book than a typical book on magick. I know some people hate her and call her a fraud. I have had good results following her teachings.
