It doesn't even matter if the object is moving or if it seems that way due to parallax, the debris from the impact should not have stayed in the vicinity of the object. The debris should have moved away from the object at a vector resultant from the kinetic vector of the missile/impactor cross the kinetic vector of the object. Wouldn't matter if it's moving or not.Also regarding the missile, it's probably not a hellfire since those are air-to-surface and travel at around mach 1.3. They also don't have fine maneuvering capabilities so the missile "curving" towards the object at the last second is strange.
