I've had 24/7 non-stop "brainfog" for 8 months and counting. It's like derealization.

No one has an answer. Doctors don't care. Everything feels distant and I take kratom all the time to distract myself from this cold lonely feeling.

I have trouble meditating now. It feels like it was planted in me by an organization.

Same. What's helped me out with my brain fog personally is going outside and getting sunlight exposure on my body as much as I can without sun burn. Sunlight helps to trigger the production of various hormones and neurochemicals in the body and brain and is vital for the survival and thrival of all life on Earth, so please be sure to get adequate sunlight daily to help you out with your brain fog, anon.

Oh, and antidepressants helped me out too I guess. But I think going outside and getting sunlight helped me feel way better than before. I always feel better whenever I get sunshine almost immediately.

Anyways, I hope this advice helps you out, buddy, good luck and Godspeed, OP.

8 months? Wait until it's 10 years. Better start exercising

behead a black rooster on the next new moon night and drink one cup of his blood mixed with whitethorn picked from a lonely tree.
>>
Same dude. The only relief I've found is drinking stupid amounts of water and eating more sweets, made my brain a little less foggy but still disoriented. We're either getting old or maybe Covid really fucked us. I didn't take the vax, but I consider it a possibility because Covid did mess up my heart.

you have pre-diabetes, you idiot.

Same problem here, except it's been nearly a decade for me and has been progressively worsening overtime. I'm hoping nofap will improve it but this has been going on well before I coomed for the first time, so I'm not particularly confident it'll do anything much

Jesus Christ you guys are stupid
Get off drugs, if you must take drugs do something known to cure brain fog like methylene blue or psilocybin
Sunlight helps though

They're called dopamine receptors, and yours are fried.

Cease masturbation for a month. Wean yourself off kratom over time.

>i take kratom everyday

I had a friend like this, he would literally go into withdrawal if he didnt take like 6+ grams a day. Stop the kratom, practice nofap, and fast.

>I'm hoping nofap will improve it
Just try getting lots of direct sunlight exposure everyday safely without sun burn and see if that improves your symptoms, anon. Good luck, pal, and I hope this simple advice helps.

>Sunlight helps though
Absolutely true. That's why that's the first thing I advocate for when it comes to mental health problems because it's natural and it's free. Anyhow, I plan on getting off of antidepressants eventually because I know it's a temporary solution to a more fundamental problem. No sweat.

Now keep your cunt mouth shut if you don't have anything positive to say, you fucking retard, and remember to get your daily sunlight safely so you can stop being such an unneccesary bitch on the Internet because people post anime pictures on a Mongolian basket weaving forum, you dumb bastard. Sorry if I'm coming off as rude to you, friend, but you started this, you whiny little bitchy cunt. Here's another anime picture with a monster energy drink in it. Try not to cry about it again. Have a good day now. Peace out, anon.

Glad to hear that, buddy! I hope it helps you to feel more better today as well. I'm gonna go outside and enjoy the sunshine with my coffee, hell yeah! Just another day in paradise. Peace out and good luck, anon.

But hey, jokes aside, thanks for the methylene blue and psilocybin advice. I'm sure those are much healthier and effective solutions for brain fog in addition to sunlight exposure as well. And don't worry, I won't be on those antidepressants for long. Have a good one, anon.

>>41063083
Healthy sunlight exposure is what I mostly advocate for. I was just sharing a personal experience with antidepressants since it has helped me before, but feel free to disregard it because everybody is different. Good luck, pal.

go for daily runs, take creatine, eat eggs, liver, oysters, orange juice
go to bed between 9-11pm wake up at around 8am
try some breathing exercises, long walks, spend more time outside and stop taking the kratom, that's probably what's causing your issue
>>
>>41063165
Why oysters? Is it the mineral content or nutrients they provide? I heard recently they can pick up lots of environmental toxins and should be avoided but I’m guessing that depends where they were harvested
I’m genuinely curious
>>
>>41063001
Thanks man. I really should spend more time outdoors considering how deeply I appreciate its existence
>>
>>41062946
Well, I went outside. Spent time in the bush barefoot doing Hsing-I and standing qigong. Sunned my balls and went for a walk. Feel fucking great.

This is a total guess but personally I've been looking into substances that help with dream recall and lucidty. The drugs (and herbs and foods) that seem to help the most seem to aid in some way with the production of acetylcholine. This is the neurotransmitter responsible for memory, learning, and attention.

Deliriants like datura or benadryl work by blocking the action of acetylcholine. Alzheimer's reduces the amount of neurons producing this chemical. The experience of both of these involves a dissociative, dreamlike, "foggy" awareness. Personally as someone who did benadryl as a dumb kid, I've experienced it first hand. "When did I leave the bathroom and go to my room?" One moment I'm on my bedroom floor, lying with a stomach ache, waiting for the high to end. I get up onto my my bed, start scrolling through my phone, then I feel a strange pressure on my cheek, as soon as I question what that is I realize I'm still lying on the floor, never even got up on my bed despite feeling like I was there for 20 minutes at least. Can't even tell if the bugs I'm seeing are real or not even though I can tell myself they are probably hallucinations. This is the result of acetylcholine not being able to do its work, my guess is that brain fog could be a less extreme version of this.

To bring it back to dreams, the main supplement that has been proven to improve dream lucidity the most is Galantamine. Galantamine causes acetylcholine to be broken down more slowly. It is also used as a treatment for Alzheimers for this reason.

A non-foggy awareness is the coherent, chronological linking of events. Memory. How you can reduce brain fog is probably similar to how you make dreams less foggy. Boost your acetylcholine. Consume the precursors needed to produce it. Eat a lot more eggs, get some B5 from mushrooms, avocado, whole grains. Nuts and greens for magnesium. Fish for omega-3. (That's some chatgpt suggestions I've been eating more of for lucid dreaming).
