Please forgive my ignorance, I’ve really only just begun my journey. I was thinking about the nature of the soul and I’m not sure if I am on track. The soul is eternal, and comes from God the one. The soul is separate from the flesh, you are not your meat; but the flesh imparts desires onto your soul while you are here. We are here to celebrate and experience life, glorifying God and seeking to enrich our souls. We suffer and learn hard lessons that develop our souls in our lives, dying and starting again.
