I have left my body multiple times during intense meditation over the years. Is this an illusion or genuine?

Or if you can interact with objects, mess with them, write a message or something.In my case it's unfortunately always an illusion because I can interact with objects so I purposely mess with them, but when I wake up everything remains unchanged. Or maybe it's real but in another reality and now my clone who lives there thinks his house is haunted.
