When SARS-CoV-2 was first reported to the World Health Organization on December 31, 2019, the world was already moving toward a global rupture. After 2019 the Mandela Effect conversation exploded online, with people suddenly comparing memories and noticing clusters of small but weird differences that felt more intense and more frequent than before. If, as you suspect, human bodies in the original timeline were biologically more vulnerable, then a virus like COVID could have inflicted far higher mortality and organ stress than we experienced here, which would explain why rescuers would want to rewind consciousness and paste a slightly different branch with altered body parameters to keep most people alive. So did the earth end in 2019 ? Well it’s very plausible.
I’ve heard that we have died in 2012 but honestly it seems to cliché. It seems like what really happened was in late 2019 our original universe was destroyed or most of us actually died due to COVID 19 in the original timeline and our consciousness was uploaded to a replacement of earth a replica, to counter data collection for the human race, that’s why nothing has really felt “ real “ since then. Even myself, I wonder if the Mandela effect actually exist before 2020 or if it’s implanted false memories “ deception “
Well even if 2012 was the end of the original earth itself, something definitely happened again in 2020, maybe they switched us into a different branch again or the system rebooted. If they had know about Covid 19 it makes sense for our bodies to be altered to be able to handle the virus, maybe the extinction level event was COVID 19. Some Mandela effects I’ve noticed seem to change way later in time and then apparently they’ve been talked about since 2016 well I’m calling bullshit I think most of these changes are happening in 2020 or after 2020 and they are making it seem likes it’s been a Mandela effect longer to throw people off and to numb us from the real timeframe this is all happening
