that all depends on you. do you have a software defined radio, basic programming skills, and the ability to understand ultrawideband spread spectrum communications? if you were to be tasked with making a connection to aprs, then locate the current freqs and locations of the transponders to connect to, then make a connection to the other internet where others chat in private, would you be able to do that?

if you were asked to use an sdr and tetraburst to batch process captured packets and extract the data for observation, would you be able to do that? would you be able to make a stream processor to harvest and eavesdrop on all tetra comms in your area? would you setup a remote transceiver to connect to the local tetra network and then communicate with me and the others?
