Iirc 1952 was the grays offering tech for sanctioned abductions. 1957 was the venusians offering to help humanity achieve peace and seat on the galactic federation (tier 3 civilation) if humans (MJ12) would give up their nukes (that the greys helped build).

That depends on your interpretation of jewishness. One of the stipulations for joining is for humanity to be united under one government. Do we continue being a T5/T4.5 and eventually bomb ourselves back to T7 (like we did in the past), or do we become a T4/3.5 and pass the filter into unknown territory.
