>>41094729I don't think it has to do with the body directly, I think it's just the energy around your body that you generate based on your well being. You can be fat and balding or skinny and long haired and it wouldn't matter. All that matters is how you treat yourself and others.
>>41094729Yeah look into pranic breathing, I actually swear by it. Fire breathing is also great if you're prone to being sluggish, but it's meant to be done in short bursts.
Teaching your breathing to be deep, slow and prolonged will make you heathier, calmer and more able to do meditation and magic.
