I’ve heard a conspiracy a while ago from Philip valentine that said running is one of the worst things you can do. And the idea is that you are just breathing in more toxins from the air and the oxygen is causing your blood to rust and provides zero health benefits and in fact the opposite. Thoughts?
I believe also the philosopher baudrillard criticizes joggers heavily.

IDK, o really enjoy running. Jogging is good, sprinting not so much, but I still love both. It is like I high or something, like the satisfaction of scratching an itch.
