I don't drink nor do any hard drugs, but I really like diet coke, should I stop that too?
>>41101251Not sure if it's bad for spirituality, but it's bad for your body. You should drink water and tea instead.
>>41101251probably, it floods you with stress hormones and keeps you hyper grounded to the physical body bad for your heart in large quantities
You will be a host for it. It will beat you in the head if you try to separate.
Caffeine is good because it sobers you up. You are more likely to be hijacked and manipulated while intoxicated with other things. When you are remotely attacked, it will intensify your stress so you will know you are being targeted.
>>41101251>diet soda
>>41101251Sufis used to drink lots of coffee, didn't they? Al-Hallaj (and others) even had spiritual powers and performed miracles
>>41102893They weren't the only ones with such claims, it seems tea and coffee don't have an effect, positive or negative.>>41101251It's probably the sweetness that has the greatest impact spiritually. Physically, colas aren't great for you, phosphoric acid for example is bad.
>Donald Rumsfeld, while serving as CEO of G.D. Searle & Company, the patent holder for aspartame, played a central role in its controversial approval process. In 1977, Rumsfeld publicly stated he would "call in his markers" to secure approval for aspartame, a pledge he fulfilled after becoming part of Ronald Reagan's transition team in 1980. Following Reagan's inauguration in 1981, Rumsfeld's influence helped appoint Arthur Hull Hayes Jr. as the new FDA commissioner, a move that effectively eliminated opposition to aspartame. Hayes, who had no prior experience with food additives, approved aspartame for use in dry goods in July 1981, after a controversial process that included installing a sixth member on a scientific review panel to create a deadlock, which Hayes then broke in favor of approval. This approval came despite a 1980 FDA Board of Inquiry finding that aspartame "might induce brain tumors" and a report by FDA toxicologist Dr. M. Adrian Gross stating that Searle's studies were unreliable and that aspartame could cause brain tumors, violating the Delaney Amendment. The approval process was further marred by allegations of data manipulation, including the removal of tumors from lab animals before dissection. After Searle was acquired by Monsanto in 1985, Rumsfeld reportedly received a $12 million bonusDo you want brain tumors?
>>41101251Some buddhist monks drink tea to make long meditation sessions easier
>>41101251try a small amount of vinegar and sugar, ginger up to you, in tea to replace some of that soda experience
I know it's bad for me because my ADHD-type reward system is burnt to shit and caffeine makes it worse. From my biased perspective, it's ideal if total blankness satisfies the reward system.Partly due to the nature of technology, partly due to malintent, our society is littered with little traps that maximize inequality, particularly drugs (like caffeine) that give you a rush of rainbow crystal stars in your head. It's better if unconscientious people who can't handle donuts or whatever can fulfill their potential, internally and externally, but our surroundings are not set up that way. Natural selection is cranked up. If you say "can't handle the red bull, can't handle the videos then get fucked", you're promoting a darwinistic structure that sheds off human value and potential, that you don't have to assume is well-calibrated.In the case of caffeine, you should probably avoid dropping money to its vendors, drink water and eat simple things sparingly. But that's just my take as one of the people who needs to reject the rainbow crystal stars in order to advance my interests.
>>41101251Caffeine can be bad depending on the dose and how often but Diet Coke is for fat asses who want to dieWhat’s wrong with you idiot?
>>41101251well, your body is your temple that houses the light of your spirit, and pretty much every drink youll find caffeine in has some common traits that will lead to like outputs - youll piss out a higher amount of your imbibed vitamins and minerals, your cells will be forced into apoptosis faster and microorganisms that feed on dead cells and enjoy acidic environments will prosper - they dont make you sick directly but when their population reaches a certain point their shit becomes toxic to you. this makes the spirts light dimmer
>>41101292Caffeine isn't bad for you, how you drink it is bad for youDon't point to people who drink 8 energy drinks a day and tell me it's bad for youBut a cup of coffee early in the morning is more beneficial than you think, it helps wake you up and get you going, and helps you get a bowel movement since your body is often dehydrated and constipated in the morning, literally all positives, no negativesJust don't drink it after 2pm, and don't drink coffee (or energy drinks) that as loaded in sugars and preservatives and what not
>>41106861>no negativesthe negative is you potentially could have grown into a life of not needing a cup in the morning
>>41106868God forbid
>>41101251If you're asking I say do it. I cut out anything I notice is messing with my neurochemistry and ability to be present. Started with REALLY bad habits like news, social media, alcohol, masturbation and has just progressively got to the point where im cutting stuff out like carbs and processed sugar. I just started weaning off caffeine this week. This kind of life ain't for everyone but i look around and see how miserable everyone else is and it reminds me why I pay attention to what coping with.
>>41102391>hyper groundedI wish there was something I could drink that would ground me.
>>41106873what about 4chan?
>>41101251i'm addicted to that shit too and it doesn't give me the jitters and rapido heartrate like cocaine, regular soda or even black coffee does. or phenibut for that matter. for me the non-jitters trifecta is diet coke, addies, and meth diet coke isn't bad for you brah. trump has a diet coke button on his presidential desk. he removed it after biden took over and put it back after his second inauguration lol. he drinks a six pack of that shit every day at least. that's why he annoys people like putin or his lawyers during odd wee hours of the night
>>41104656"Bodhidharma, a Buddhist monk, meditated in a cave for many years. After dozing off during a meditation session, he became frustrated with his lack of discipline, cutting off his eyelids and throwing them to the ground. Legend says that the first tea plants sprouted from the spot where his eyelids fell. The leaves from these plants, when brewed and drunk, helped Bodhidharma and other monks stay awake and focused during long meditation sessions."
>>41107108is anpthing you say true
>>41107108>Diet Coke isn’t bad for youLow IQ take
>>41109027it's just caffeine, carbonated soda, a small pinch of sodium and aspartame. you literally have to drink a 24 case of diet coke for aspartame toxicity to even be barely noticeable in the human body. you'll likely die of a heart attack if you drink 1 can every hour for 24 hours tho lol. it's better for you than regular coke. the caffeine constricts your blood vessels and the sugar blocks your arteries. that's why most sugary soda fags crash hard at the end of the day. i never crashed after drinking a 6-pack of diet coke throughout the day and early evening
