to be truly healthy (physically) you have to get your powers of manifestation and your fears under control. because even if your diet/exercise/etc is perfect, if you go through life thinking every single thing in the world is bad for you or toxic except a narrow band of whatever you eat/do/etc, then whenever you get exposed to these "toxins"/etc they will do much more harm to you than they otherwise will, because you believe the majority of things available in the world are toxic and out to get you. you're manifesting bad health, often in quantities enough to negate the benefits of the actual routine you're adhering to. i've pretty much confirmed this myself, that a better mindset is one like Yujiro Hanma where you adhere to things you think are good for you but dont believe "toxins are everywhere out to get me. everything is poison except this narrow band of things i eat/do, its all dangerous", this mentality breeds illness via manifestation, instead Yujiro believes all that shit is too weak to drag him down, not that toxic, and even that which is, he brushes off exposure to it because he believes your body needs an occasional toxin/etc to fight against to keep it tuned, to show it what its up against, and that exposure to it once with long windows in between would only make him stronger. its basically about manifesting that nothing is really that bad for you, the world is relatively safe and non-toxic, but all the same adhering to things that are -even better- for you to get even more benefits.
