Love magic imo, manifestation is lazy and useless if you really want someone you can tie them with blood magic, obsession spells, domination spells, fucking anything instead of sitting and thinking really hard
If you start successfully doing magic to get money or whatever material resources you feel like you need, it feels like reality itself is a woman you're seducing, and from there it's easy to seduce actual women. So often there's this mundane explanation that can be latched onto - "oh, he started bringing in the money, made some lucky connections, suddenly his fitness routine started working well, got a cool home etc & then the women flocked to him". But really the money & the other forms of material success didn't cause the women to start coming in, they're just other forms of material abundance coming your way along with them. Magick often does this thing where it creates all these other little details around the thing you actually aimed for, to make its sudden appearance look more plausible.So that being said, simple affirmations can work if you're already in a place where you truly believe you can get women. If not you might experience a lot of friction, and that's where a person might turn to more exotic forms of magic that can get past that internal censor, like "this magic is so esoteric that it'll get even a guy like me laid..."
