I have this deep knowing that my reality is a simulation. Everything is just below the limit of my tolerance for stress, pain and despair, always at the edge. Just sane enough to keep me from going insane. Amusing enough to keep me distracted, but not enough to make me feel joy. The entire world, other people and history is utterly strange. I was confused before, but with this new knowledge, I know its just something generated by some sort of computer or higher being.I imagine this insane entity wildly pulling lever and turning gears while laughing at my misery. And its something I chose to undergo, and we'll probably laugh about it on the other side, once it manages to make me end it.

Whatever you feel or think, whatever you write down and believe in your heart, the machine listens and when you become the narrator you change the simulation rapidly around you. Prayer, essentially, does the same thing if the intent and mind is alligned. There is a way to break the code you are in, but people rarely believe me, it's because they don't believe themselves. There are things you can only find out by living through it. Experiment, meditate, stay curious.
