I meant to say "get sunshine safely" because getting adequate sunlight exposure everyday helps to improve people's mental health by a noticable amount naturally. It gives you a boost in neurochemicals and hormones in the brain and body. It's helped to improve my depression and anxiety so far in addition to taking antidepressants as well. But I believe natural methods should be tried to reduce depression and suicidal ideation for everyone, so that is why I like to advocate for safe sunlight exposure everyday because it's free and it's useful.Anyways, I hope and pray that your mental health improves and that you may be able to live your life in peace, as well for myself.
