It was in fact the key encounter that opened my mind and started me down the path to know more.I went to the bathroom in an apartment when I was probably what, 5-7? No problem going down the hallway, turned to the right and that's when I saw it. The dark bathroom had a darker figure standing there with glowing red eyes that scarred me for years. I was paralyzed before darting to the kitche to get my dad to come and see. Nothing was there. What did I see? Can anyone explain? Information on strictly red eyed entities is rather sparse.

>>41127098Not in my bathroom, but at my workplace there is one on the third floor. When you stand in front of the door, you can hear voices from the inside of the bathroom saying something. Here are some sentences I remember hearing: "There must be a way out.", "I don't see any way out of this situation", "Have you tried asking the director?", "I don't see any way out", "I would never have thought about that", "I'm sorry to hear that". When you open the door, voices stop and there is no one there. Those voices only appear when there is no one in the bathroom. I often wonder - why are they there?

>>41136466Not much beyond them being descriptors for other beings that don't overlap with my experience - like the Mothman. The closest thing is that this was a hatman/shadow man figure. Sometimes I do struggle with a psuedosleep paralysis where I'm vaguely aware of the real world, but am asleep and unable to really move. I don't think I've seen anything specifically during these moments, so I can't say it was one. I almost wonder if it was an entity checking on me or trying to prepare me.
